Shopping Online
1. Placing your order
- Click ‘Create an Account’ at the homepage and fill in your details.
- Once done, log into your account.
- At the homepage, choose if you’d like to self pick-up from the store or have your groceries delivered to you.
- Start browsing and add items into your cart.
- Once done, click on the basket icon. Fill in your address and choose your preferred time slot for pick-up or delivery.
- Click 'Place Order’ to make payment and your order will be placed upon successful payment.
2. Ordering in advance
You may place your order up to 2 days in advance.
For same-day delivery or self pick-up, place your order before 6pm. Orders placed after 6pm will be scheduled for the next day.
3. Self pick-up or delivery slots
You’ll be prompted to select your preferred time slot during checkout.
4. Customising your order
You may leave your request in the comment box during checkout. We can customise the way you want your weighing items to be prepared - such as steak cuts, fish and minced meats.
5. Sending an order as a gift
You can provide their details during checkout. You can also include your gifting message in the comment box, and we will put it in a greeting card for you.
6. Ordering across multiple stores
As stock availability may vary by store, you'll need to place a separate order for each one.
7. Order confirmation details
You will receive a confirmation email stating your order number. Our store will be in touch once it’s being processed.
8. Didn’t get your confirmation email
The confirmation email is sent once your payment is successfully completed. Please check your spam or junk folder. If you haven’t received it and haven’t heard from our team, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp at +6019 321 8550.
9. Which store your order comes from
For delivery orders, your items will be packed and dispatched from either Qra @ Arcoris or Qra @ The Campus, based on your delivery address.
For self pick-up orders, your items will be prepared at the store of your selection: The Stories, The Five, Arcoris, or The Campus.
Managing My Order
1. Min or max order amount
There is no purchase order limit.
2. Cancelling a confirmed order
You will not be able to cancel the order once it has been placed and confirmed.
3. Rescheduling a confirmed order
You can reschedule your order up to 24 hours. Please contact our customer service via email at shop@qrafoods.com or WhatsApp +6019 321 8550.
4. Store selection and order process
As stock differs by store - changing stores will require placing a new order.
5. Adding items to a confirmed order
Drop us a note with your additions — if there’s any extra charge, we’ll send a payment link via email or WhatsApp.
6. Product sold out post-order
Product availability on our website is based on the latest daily inventory update and may not reflect real-time stock levels.
As orders are processed throughout the day, items that appear available at checkout may become out of stock by the time we pack your order.
7. Order fulfilled by a different store
In the event, the items purchased are not available at the selected store, the order may be processed by another store with your permission.
Payments
1. Payment method for online orders
Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, FPX, or e-wallet.
2. Price differs from initial online purchase
This will occur due to pricing differences in weighing items, as well as any possibility of unavailable items in your order. The initial bill is based on your order at checkout.
If there are any changes during packing, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Products
1. Handling of non-halal items
We store non-halal items separately from halal ones, and our team takes extra care to handle and pack them properly to avoid any cross-contact.
2. Chilled and frozen items
Chilled and frozen items are packed closer to delivery or pick-up time, with ice packs to keep them fresh and in top condition.
3. Received item differs from image
While we aim to keep product images and descriptions up to date, manufacturers may change packaging or details without notice. These updates may take time to reflect on our site.
4. Differences in meat weight received
We provide an estimated weight for each item, but as each cut is fresh and varies naturally, the final weight may differ slightly.
5. Online prices vs in-store prices
Yes, prices for both in-store and online are the same, except when there is an online or in-store exclusive promotion.
Delivery
1. Delivery areas we cover
We currently deliver within a 45 km radius from our store at Qra @ Arcoris and Qra @ The Campus.
If your delivery address falls outside of this range, you may contact us via WhatsApp at +6019 321 8550 for special arrangement. We will reach out to you on the delivery charges accordingly. The delivery charges depend on the 3rd party logistics provider's rates.
2. Delivery & handling charges
For every order, we charge a fixed handling fee of RM3 in addition to the delivery fee. You may key in your postcode at the homepage to check the delivery fee.
3. Door-to-door delivery services
Yes, we can arrange door-to-door delivery via Lalamove with an additional RM5 fee, payable directly to the driver. Just leave a remark at checkout if you’d like this.
Please note: As this is a third-party service, Qra isn’t responsible for any delays or issues beyond our control.
4. Delivery outside of Klang Valley
Delivery is not available outside of Klang Valley, however, we offer postage for dry goods subject to postage fee. You may contact us via WhatsApp at +6019 321 8550 for special arrangements.
5. Third-party delivery partners
For our delivery service, we use Lalamove & Grab as our service providers.
6. If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery
You can request for the delivery rider to leave your goods at the collection area. Kindly note that we do not bear the responsibility for any spoiled or stolen item if left unattended.
We recommend planning for someone to receive your order to ensure the quality of your groceries.
7. Reasons your delivery may be delayed
Your delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions or rider availability. If this is expected to happen, we will notify you via WhatsApp.
Self Pick-Up
1. Self pick-up charges
We charge a fixed handling fee of RM3 for every self pick-up order.
2. Uncollected pick-up orders
You will receive a reminder notification via WhatsApp. The order will be held for 24 hours and should we not hear from you within the next 24 hours, the order will be disposed with no refund.
3. Regulations for alcohol
Alcohol orders need to be collected by the account holder that is Non-Muslim and above the age of 21.
4. Getting notified for pick-up
We will let you know via WhatsApp when your order is ready for self pick-up.
5. Switching to delivery after ordering
While we can try to accommodate your request to change from self pick-up to delivery, we suggest arranging your own rider to pick up your order directly from the store to ensure timely delivery.
Bagging and Packaging
1. How we pack your items
For online purchases, it will be packed in our recyclable paper bags, which is included as part of the RM3 handling fee. Alternatively, you can purchase our reusable cooler bags for your products.
For in-store purchases, you can opt to purchase our recyclable paper bags or the reusable cooler bags for your products.
Here’s the price for each bag:
- Recyclable Paper Bag (Small): RM0.50
- Recyclable Paper Bag (Big): RM1
- Reusable Cooler Bag: RM34.90
2. Plastic bag requests
We use paper bags only, as they’re recyclable and biodegradable. Thanks for helping us stay kind to the planet!
Return, Exchange & Refund
1. Damaged or expired online purchases
Qra has a 3-day refund policy. Any feedback or complaints for damaged or expired items can be lodged via WhatsApp at +6019 321 8550 or via email at shop@qrafoods.com within 3 days of receiving the goods. Kindly send a picture of the damaged/expired goods and a copy of your receipt. Refunds typically take 7-10 working days to process.
Alternatively, you may return the damaged/expired items to the store for a refund. You will need to bring the damaged/expired items and receipt for our staff to process.
2. Refundable items
Our refund policies are only applied to damaged and expired goods, subject to verification of the items’ condition
Markdown items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. Refund process
Refunds typically take 7-10 working days to process.
Managing My Account
1. Resetting my password
You may click on ‘forgot password’ on the login page and you’ll receive an email to change your password.
2. Editing my profile
You may update your personal information by clicking on "My Account" and from there you may choose to update your personal information or add in additional addresses.
3. Unsubscribing from Qra’s newsletters
You may unsubscribe to our email subscription via “My Account” by clicking edit at the newsletter section.
Qra Club
1. About Qra Club
Qra Club is an app-based membership loyalty and reward program by Qra Sdn Bhd.
2. Signing up for Qra Club
All you need to do is download the Qra Club app from the Apple App Store or Android Google Play Store and complete the registration process. If you had an existing account onqrafoods.com before June 1, 2023, your account has already been converted as a Qra Club member.
3. Qra Club Perks
Qra Club has a wide range of exclusive member perks, from promotions to points redemptions. Benefits include:
- Points on Purchase: Earn points with every in-store and online purchase.
- Pay-With-Points: Use your accumulated points to pay for your purchase.
- Item Redemptions: Redeem exclusive items using your accumulated points.
- Birthday Bonus: Receive a RM10 voucher during your birthday month.
- Members' Exclusive Promotions: Perks such as special promos, extra points, vouchers
- Stamp Rewards: Collect stamps to unlock more rewards.
4. Qra Club Points
- Qra Club points can be used online or at our stores to redeem rewards on selected promotions.
- Qra Club points are non-exchangeable for cash.
- Qra Club points are non-transferable from one member to another.
- To check your Qra Club points balance, go to the home button on your Qra Club app and you'll see your points!
- Qra Club points accumulated will expire 1 year from the month of issuance.
5. Qra Club Rewards & Vouchers
- Browse your available rewards from the Rewards tab on the Qra Club app.
- To redeem Rewards, follow the instructions provided for each specific reward.
- To redeem Vouchers, simply present the vouchers at any cashier counter. Our cashier will scan your voucher to offset the bill of your purchased goods.
6. Transactions & Redemptions
To view all your transactions and redemptions, just tap your profile on the Qra Club app — you’ll see both icons there.
7. Editing my profile
You can edit your profile details in the Qra Club app under the Profile tab. To update your email, phone number, or birthdate, drop us an email at qra.club@qrafoods.com, we’ll just need to verify your info first.
8. Resetting my password
In the Qra Club app, under the profile section, you can click on "change password" and follow the steps to reset your password.
